ABOUT ME

I am Laura Ricote, illustrator and graphic designer from Madrid.

 

In 2021 I graduated in Design and Image Management at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. Once I finished my degree, I knew that I wanted to delve deeper into the publishing world. The following year, I decided to study an Editorial Production degree.

As a drawing and illustration lover, in 2023 I fulfilled my dream of studying illustration at ESDIP higher school of arts.

I have experience as a freelance illustrator, as well as a graphic designer and community manager in a communication company. I have also been working as a graphic and layout designer in two publishing houses: one for children and the other specialized in comics and graphic novels.

I seek to continue learning and growing as an artist and professional day by day.
